Property Tax Assessment Services


As Your Agent, Property Tax Assessment Consultants will perform the following services on your behalf:


  • Evaluate your property’s assessed value recorded in the Assessor’s Office.
  • Complete a Comperable Market Analysis of your home’s current value.
  • Prepare & submit a Decline-In-Value Application and/or Assessment Appeals Application
  • Handle all communications with the Appeals Board & the county Appraisers. 

 

 

Important Dates


January 1: Lien date. Taxes for the following fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) become a lien on your property.

April 10: Deadline for payment of second installment of secured property taxes.

June: Deadline for filing a Decline-In-Value for San Diego and San Bernadino Counties.

July 2: November 30 (if the March 15 or June 1 deadlines were missed) The Clerk of the Board accepts petitions for Assessment Appeals Board.

December 10: Deadline for payment of the first installment of secured property taxes.
